Does anybody else have trouble with this software, Mine is nothing but a pain. Before it just used to shutdown, After that it kept giving me "404 Invalid url" and now it simply wont alert me when a ticket comes in. Ive checked its the right url more times than Ive had dinners this year. If anyone has a fix they know i would really appreciate it.
And this is not a problem with my computer, as it was the same after i added a brand new drive. Ive tried clearing the registry, Its not my firewall blocking it. So i am stuck for idea really, Its not like i really need it but its better than having to check the support desk every 10 minutes.
I believe you are using an incorrect version of InstaAlert causing the issue. Please email me the version of your helpdesk to hiren.mehta AT kayako.com and I will get back to you with the correct version of InstaAlert.
