    Shall I give up!? :(

    Hi there all,

I got a help request from my friend, who is using Plesk control panel for his accounts.

Right now, I got a problem with that, the site is located at : http://lauryntheplanner.com/. Whenever I access that site, I got that Test Page for the Apache .

I've uploaded all the files into httpdocs. I even tried at httpsdocs. But that page is still coming up.

    What shall I do?

    Rgds,
    Faith

I doubt if it is the problem with the dns zones for the domain on your server.

If you are pointing dns in /etc/resolv.conf to your self first (127.0.0.1 or another local address) it just fails and so apaches throws a default page up.. its way of saying it can't resolve the domain.

Also you will notice that if you go to :
    http://dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?...ner.com&type=A

The only record for your domain that exists is the A record. No other records exist and this might be the cause for the problem that you are facing.

So ThinkSupport, could you point me out the straight solution for it? Shall I add more records in the domain? Do I need ssh access to modify /etc/resolv.conf ?
