However when I clicked on the link above, the page shows me different costs (the normal cost with no special discount). Should I just proceed with my order anyway and state the special in the comment field or is this a mistake and I should wait for a correct link to order?
LT doesn't do any pro-active monitoring of the server, if it goes offline you'll have to submit a ticket for a reboot.
I think Supported means their staff is trained on it and can help with issues, if unsupported they may not be able to assist. They are unmanaged so don't expect advanced troubleshooting but they tend to try to fix small issues if it will make the client happy.
