I noticed your script is quite similar in both design and name to whoiscart.net; are you the author of both scripts?

You do understand that the true owner of Whois.cart has proper copyrights on the names and everything else right? He paid a pretty penny to get them as well.

No. Whois Cart Pro software and it's author different than Whois.cart's. Our software is easy to setup, simple to use and for small business.

We've had a good 90-100 people asking us if this is the same software, infringement of license etc. Don't be confused, this is not the same cart you would get at http://whoiscart.net/

Thanks everyone for having kept an eye out nonetheless!

Whois Cart Pro is not same software with Whois.Cart. Whois Cart Pro does not allow to create accounts automatically like Whois.Cart. You can only receive orders via email by using it. It's easy to use and simple domain name and hosting shopping cart for small hosting companies and/or registrars. If you contact us when we can send the product documentation for more information. Thanks everyone.

I just spoke to the owner of Vibralogix and he confirmed that it is an exact copy of his software. He purchased a copy of the script from whoiscartpro and determined by looking at the code that in fact it is his code.

Here is the quote of the email I received from him:

    "Hi Phil.

Thanks for that. Somebody reported this to me a couple of days ago as well. I have just purchased their software and it is basically my code with a few minor changes as we suspected. I have asked Paypal to investigate and not take payments from the account. The company they host with I think is the same people and they use cWhois on their site without a license as well. Problem is they are based in Turkey.

Thanks again for letting me know.

    Cheers
    Adrian"

    Regards,
    Phil
