    yahoo.com hosting provider no reply

    Hello my friends
    i have several sites hosted with yahoo.com webhosting services since many years, 20 days ago the sites have been hacked by someone who is now asking for $750 u may check http://www.kadamany.com/ to return them back

    i have emailed yahoo support team 5 times & having 5 opened support ticket with no reply till now from them since 20 days

    I have asked them to reset my passwords and give me the access back to my yahoo ID, i have invcluded in my email all my order numbers where i did these purchaces from them


    any idea of what to do now ? anyway else to contact yahoo support or customer service team ?

    Hmm maybe a more serious tone and tell them you will keep calling & wont hang up until the ticket is answered ?

    I've had the same trouble with yahoo before. They need to hire more staff I think.

    Do you have file backups?

    Have you tried entering into "forgot password"

    Try anything you can while waiting for yahoo to respond.

    Do not accept that answer, demand to speak with a supervisor or manager.

    This is a serious situation that is not supposed to by handled just by email. Do not stop calling until they resolve your problem and do not speak just with a support guy demand to speak with a manager or supervisor.

    I have read alot of negative feed back regarding yahoo hosting, although its probably a handfull of there gizillion customers.

    Either way i think they should of handled you a little better.

    after many days i got a reply to call them on this number 1-866-800-8092 i have called them someone called Grey answered me and after i describe my whole situation he told me to wait then he told me that his database is down and he can not help me now have to call back tomorrow, SO i started shouted ......... so he give me back 1-4083491572 which is the headoffice but no one reply only answer machine

    so what should i do now?

    it is not a backup files problem, it is a Domain problem as they are being hacked also

    if you talk with a tech on the phone talk really fast and have a dialog written down so when they ask you to repete yourself you can do it very easily

    sorry no one here is really gonna have inside access to yahoo

    Your best option is to deal with Yahoo directly, as gilbert mentioned above.

    Just keep bugging them on the phone until they solve your issue.
