All servers are on a 100 Mbps port to the core switch. There is an optional Cpanel license but our servers are geared towards games that is why we're not focused on control panels like Cpanel or Plesk. We have traffic graphs for all customers.
(9) Excessive use of Krypt's bandwidth for "streaming" or "mirroring" files, multimedia, and other large files is prohibited. By unlimited transfer rate we limit these to html, text, graphics, and small mutlimeda files such as flash.
So are there restrictions on these servers as well?
(13) Changing the "administrator" on Windows based servers or "root" passwords on Linux systems is strictly prohibited without the written consent of a Krypt Technologies' System Administrator. Removing Remote Administrator or changing passwords where by Krypt Administrators can not gain access to the machine is strictly prohibited.
When customers change the root or administrator passwords and need hands on support we have a hard time getting in in order to fix their issues. That is why we prohibit it. As far as excessive streaming or mirroring, that is stopped due to the imposed transfer rates above.
