Can someone in the USA or anywhere other than Australia just check to seek if VDI is available to them? Im just hoping they aren't down, and that I can't access them because of my providers constant problems with international sites.

Hm ... try one of these: http://www.traceroute.org/, http://visualroute.visualware.com/ before you go to your panic state.

Hm strange
Some ISP may have problem connecting to VDI. I can't ping/traceroute from my server in Miami. Everything is fine from my home PC/my server at NAC, but not so from my friend's PC overseas. That's all I know.

some customer from china and singapore reported me that they are not able to reach there web sites on my server at vdi.

but from other places it was fine, only 1-2 customers reported from asia region, must be problem from there to U.S. lines.
