I'm pretty new with cerberus configuration, just got it setup today with free version. I can't figure out everytime I open a ticket, it sent an e-mail instead open a real ticket where I can assign a support staff. Any hint ?
man, cerberus is one of the most frustrating things ive ever encountered... especially the email parser. the instructions for this thing read like chinese and the support foprums were oudated by almost a year. needless to say its deleted and help center live has taken its place.
Cerberus looks pretty and all and it has good functionality, but its not for the faint hearted.
