i am trying to find a support system that once a support ticket is left after hours, will send a sms message to a mobile phone. is there such system? and where can i purchase it?

Depending on your phone most of them already pipe e-mail to your phone if you want.

Tmobile for example does 1111111111@tmomail.net (I believe that's the format).
