Yes, I would, but I'd use anon-e-mouse's credit card.

Not that unreasonable. If the domains help build a brand or have lots of type-ins, it's worth it.

Also look at the fact that all dictionary-word .com's are registered.

we don't see that much use for those domains but they are really good ones, yeah all of them.
Strategically they have an inherent edge over all other closely related domain names and are Worth the Money..

I guess that explains why the card was declined when I went to buy that new Porsche.

Imagine if that domain had sold during the dotcom days. It would've fetched over $1 million easily.

Website.com is definitely worth that amount of money. It may
even be worth more... The domain is generic and I'm sure it
receives tons of traffic (= potential customers). Therefore the
domain has got a very big commercial potential.

The domain name is registered by DotEasy. The use it to forward
it to their existing website in order to provider their services to
    more customers.

Buying a domain is like spending money on advertising. However,
in addition it's also making a good and safe investment.

The website.com deal was good for both the buyer and the seller,
    in my opinion.
