Question

I'm trying out portland.co.uk as a free host. They provide MySQL but without Telnet it's so difficult to have access. Are there any programs or scripts that I can use as an web interface to have access to MySQL? Or any method that I can see the tables as if I'm in Telnet?

Thanks~
