Can't connect to my servers hosted at SM. Also their support forum is down. Can anyone confirm?

I can't access Server Matrix, theplanet, or my servers. This hasn't been going on for long, has it?

Shared SQL is down, orbit is down, and what's worst, their DNS servers seem to be down as well as I can only access our servers using IP address and not using the domain name.

Talking about DNS backup - how can one keep the DNS records synchronized on two separate DNS servers? Is the only way to do it manually everytime you change something?

I'm going to switch to EasyDNS, their DNS servers are located in different networks, once you update a dns record, all dns server will be updated automatically.

I'm still getting intemittant outages. Someone mentioned they're doing maintenance work so let's hope this is indeed the source of the problem, and that it will end soon.

The shared SQL server finally backs up. I think I can go sleep and have a good dream.
