Check out a few hosts on this site. You can look in signatures and in the Web Hosting Offers forums. I'm sure one of them will be able to help you upload your site your new service provider with there support. Make sure to ask a few pre-sales questions to verify that support is good.
The easiest way to upload files is to use an FTP program, like FileZilla. With that program, it is as easy as entering your account information and drag and drop to upload your site. Thanks,
Some hosts may be able to help upload your files. Fire off some pre-sales questions to some providers and see what they say. Their response time will also be a good indicator of their actual support levels. Thanks,

Any Recommended Monthly Server Plans for around $5 CDN? Its a very small site.
Depending upon your FTP Editor, you should be able to highlight all files you want to upload and then wait till finished.
For ease-of-use you should have your site files on your home computer in a Dir. called 'WebSite' or something similar. This makes it easy to find any files related to the Web site. And as long you have an HTML & FTP Editor that you are familiar and comfortable with, learning the Control Panel provided with your Hosting account can be learned at your convienence -- but it should be learned.
