I have been with HostingX.net for ages, I tried contacting them, and they haven't replied in about 3 days now, so I kindly contacted all ways except phone, and said please answer all my support, or give me a full refund, and if they don't reply within 4 hours, I am getting paypal to get me the money I want back... So yeh, don't go with them, unless you want total and utter crap.
Did you try calling at the end? Maybe that can get your problems sorted out faster?

Yes, what Hoobastank suggested, I would try calling them and see if they answer your question, or see if they are there at all, maybe they are going theru some Hosting Problems, IE: Losing some Employees, something like that.
