    Help choosing a good webhosting

Hello, I need a webhosting with fast connection and with around 80GB of bandwidth and with a free domain. What price would I have to spend to get this and what hosting would you recommend?

    Hello abercrombie

it is all Depending on the amount of space, features you will require ( emails, mysqls ) etc..

Take a look around the site. There are many hosts that will be able to fit your bill at a very compettative price.

    Best of luck

I would recommend against going for a "free" domain deal. For one, chances are you'll be asked to pay one year in advance, and this opens you to an added risk. On the other hand, a domain will cost you only some $9 per year, which should be virtually nothing compared to the cost of those 80GB of data transfer with fast bandwidth.

May we know for what type of site you need hosting?

    80GB bandwith...and fast servers....
OK, I know DreamHost has some generous bandwidth-deals. Haven't really tested how fast they are though....
Micfo has fast servers, in my experience. You can get 80GB/month for around 10-15 $/month, depending on payment plan.
    Good Luck!

Netsonic.net has 1000GB monthly transfer with their dedicated servers. They are fast. But couldn't find a free domain offer on their site.

I would recommend a VPS solution, try www.powervps.com

Their prices start at $45/month, and they have a lot of good reviews on WHT.

If the forums are going to play a big part in consuming those those 80GB, you'd better stay away from cheap shared hosting.
