Hivelocity is currently looking to add a few new technicians to its tech support team.  We are seeking techs for both Level 1 and Level 2 support. Applicants must live or be willing to move to the Tampa Bay area.

Level 1 Tech Skill Requirements

  • proficient in both Windows and Linux operating systems working knowledge of Hsphere, DirectAdmin, Cpanel, HostingController, Plesk and Helm control panels
  • basic DOS trouble shooting and commands
  • working knowledge of DNS
  • email and FTP knowledge

Level 2 Tech Skill Requirements

  • everything above
  • TCP/IP trouble shooting
  • ODBC
  • asp, cgi, coldfusion script trouble shooting
  • Cisco/Foundry router and switch configuration

Pay is determined based on experience and knowledge of the above items.  Once we have met with you and discussed your experience we will make you an offer.  Hourly and salary positions are available.
