They also have a datacenter in Charlotte. I think their connectivity is from MCI/UUnet, Qwest, TimeWarner & AT&T (though thay may vary by location), and they've also deployed Internap's Flow Control Platform for route optimization so I would imagine their connectivity is pretty good.
Do you happen to have any experience with any of those personally? If so, what are your thoughts on them?
I've heard of some good things about Peak10 but never heard of any of the other ones you've listed.
In what seems like a past life (~1999), I personally have co-located with NuVox Communications, and they were good. Their network engineering staff is top notch. However, they did not offer any type of manangement services, and none of their techs knew very much about Linux. They may or may not have co-lo available in NC, but I was based out of their Greenville, SC facility.
I've also heard very good things about Peak10, and there are positive things posted about them here on WHT, but their pricing was very high when I talked to them.
Hosted Solutions was located in Charlotte in the same building as Level3, and they relied heavily on Level3 for transit. They also had a very empty space when I talked to them, so if that's still the case, they may be willing to cut you a good deal.
If InFlow/SunGard is around, they would probably be a good choice, if you can stomach their high prices.
Also, you could check out CETLink -- they have a facility in Rock Hill (just south of Charlotte). They are a fairly large ISP based in the Charlotte area, but I think they have a footprint throughout the state.
I'd be happy to answer any other questions.

If would consider Winston-Salem NC you should check out Data Chambers. I actually live/work in Winston but after an exaustive search chose to co-lo at GNAX in Atlanta.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find anyone in NC who could even come close to matching GNAX's connectivity for anywhere near the same price. However the Data Chambers facility here is very nice. Perhaps it will work for your application. Atany rate as few of these places as we have in NC you should certianly include it on your list. Good luck!
