Anyone know what happened to subnixus.com? I had my site hosted there, went on vacation for two weeks, came back and the site doesn't even seem to exist anymore. When I try to email their support, I get a returned email saying that the email address does not exist. Any help in resolving this mystery would be appreciated.

Did they have a phone number? Or have you tried calling the number in their whois info? Did you check your email addresses and see if you received any type of email from them?

No emails received from him. I had all that info except for his phone #. Maybe I'll give that a try. It just sucks because this is the 2nd time this has happened to me; 1st with Ripplehost and now with Subnixus.
I know I'll probably get plenty of replies from people saying "what do you expect for $10 a year." Well, I at least expect people to be honest.
There is! Chalk it up as a learning experience and be careful next time. Lots of people are in the same situation as you when dealing with previous hosts whom have gone out of business. Just try and look for a reputable host thats been around.
There are alot of good out there for each person, depending on what you want. Just post here what you want, and I'm sure people will tyhrow out some good hosting companies, I know HostGator.com is good.

YIKES! Class act is right.
Good luck in your future hosting endeavors.
