RegisterFLY rejects domain transfer!
I have com.tw domain with them.
I've initiated transfer several days ago.
Today is the last day of transfer and today new registrar send me "current registrar rejects the domain transfer".
Domain is active, not locked, AUTH code was provided.
And Registerfly rejects transfer at the last (of 6!) days of transfer.
One interesting thing is that yesterday I've opened ticket with Registerfly asking them for "as much as possible quick transfer".
And today they rejects the transfer at all!
Now my ticket stay unanswered and nobody on the Registerfly's phone line.
Domain expiration date is tomorrow and I can get non-working domain
p.s. I even can't renew this domain with them because near 6 month ago they stop accept my CCs (which are OK with other USA and Europe providers). So I can't even renew domain with them to make it accessible.

Have you called them? I was on hold for no more than 5 minutes before I got someone. I think .tw names are EPP based which means you need a code to transfer it. If yoiu are transferring away you should be working with the gaining registrar to see what the hold up is. There is also a member here regfly that may be able to help you

But if they've refused only because they want I get my domain not working then I'd think about it.

I would try and work with RegisterFly to see what you can do. You might end up paying for another year with them (maybe mail the payment or PayPal).
I don't really know about the .tw registry, but RegisterFly gives a fairly long grace period before the .coms go into Redemption (at least 30 days as I recall).
An ICANN complaint might make you feel better, but it probably won't get the kind of response you want. If the situation gets worse, you might do better to complain to the local Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General's Office where RegisterFly is located.
But don't lose hope... I'll bet RegisterFly will figure some way to save your domain - and get a few more dollars out of you.You may delay, but time will not. --- Benjamin Franklin

Thank you.
I can't use Paypal from my country, but you right - I can make such complains from my country
I don't want "few more dollars", I want my domain operable.
