I require 1 x LEVEL 3 technical support engineer who has experience in:

- Kayako eSupport
- Windows 2003 Server
- Microsoft SQL 2000 Enterprise
- ColdFusion MX 7 Enterprise
- HELM control panel
- ASP.NET
- ASP
- JSP (Tomcat)
- SQL
- Directory Permissions and security
- IIS 6.0
- Web Host Manager (WHM)
- CPanel
- RedHat Enterprise
- DNS issues
- FTP (Gene6)

You will be answering support tickets and managing multiple servers. I require someone who wants to work, this means you don't work 30 minutes in a 6 hour block. You work for the FULL 6 hours.

Available on Sunday.
