    You're offering outsourced live help, and yet your own live help is offline (and from reading your forum is rarely online)...

    Just seems a little off to me is all

    We essentially have two different teams working support for us and then others. As far as our own live chat, we have found that many clients prefer to contact us via instant messaging programs and that those tend to be more portable letting us be able to assist that much faster.
