After my 5 months review of SolidInternet.com that can be found here, I am back with a 9 months review. Things stablized after the blip a while back and the server had maintained the guaranteed uptime of 99.5% and more.
The only issue I have faced between now and the previous review is the slowing down of the replies from the Billing department which seem crippled from a customer point of view. My experience is not so bad as they replied my email on the same day. I just sent an email regarding upgrading my package on 17 Jul and have not get a reply since then so I sent in the same email again on 19 Jul. Technical support from the forums are still okay. My only complaint will be the moderator closing threads too often.
In my conclusion, I would say that service is definitely slower than it used to be. The server is stable though but I need have my reseller upgraded if I want to expand my business. Thus, they better get their Billing department sorted out or I will be moving to another host that do reply to more business. As the saying goes, I get what I paid for so I don't expect as much from my web host but there's always a bottomline of expectation.

I do hope I don't have to move host too. What's going on with the Billing department is getting on my nerves though and I don't like that. What's the point of not upgrading my account when I am reaching my bandwidth limit?
