I am in the process of selling small site managed by me when I am moving to new server. This is a small but established site. Site is 16 months old, related to Google Adwords and Adsense program. Site sell product related to Google Adwords and Adsense (One of the oldest site on this nature). Income is sporadic, some months even more 150$, some month less than 50$ from those affiliate links mainly via click bank.

Site was develop and promoted up to some extend, has back links Google 4120 Yahoo 40,100 MSN 1959 and got all traffic from targeted keywords in search engines. Traffic is 50- 100/day and site has PR 4.

What is lacking is content, if somebody can work on content (which I don’t have time), fresh or some news feed other…, I think this is a good chance.
