Question regarding downloading from my server

    Hello all

I've got a rented server running Windows 2003 Web Edition

I downloaded a bunch of Linux ISO's over night to the server itself and want to download them to my home PC

When I download them, the best speed I get is 120kb/sec
My Internet connection is capable of downloading at 240kb/secish

If I use a download accelerator program, I can download at that speed, but not without?

    Can anyone tell me why?

Check to see that you don't have bandwidth limiting enabled in IIS (assuming that is what you are using).

    - Check bandwidth throttling

You can't always download at the full-capabilty of your internet connection, due to network latency, and such.

    But half the speed...questionable.
