My friend received an obvious phishing site and gave me the link so I could help get it reported. The whois shows it's a home user running the site off his home line but I can't find a place to report him at the SBC/Pac Bell site. Is there another place I can report him to, or does anyone know the email address for reporting these to SBC?

The abuse emails are pretty standard everywhere.
I've seen people use security@, netabuse@, etc., etc. as well - but, abuse is usually the most common. If abuse@ isn't in use, you'll usually get an auto reply saying where to send it to so it might be read.
