Do you like Chicken eggs?
Since chicken eggs are the eggs most commonly found in food stores. I am wondering how many of us here eat them?
I sometimes eat eggs for protein. how about you?

I only eat them if they're in another food, can't stand the taste of them plain.

Eggs are one of my favorite breakfasts, but I find that if I eat too many of them or too often, I grow tired of them. Their taste just gets old and even irritating after a while. I certainly enjoy them more with toast and orange juice; that's an almost perfect breakfast (even better is eggs with homemade buttermilk pancakes).

i remember eating once with group of friends and we tricked our vegeterian friend because we wanted to see what might happen if he eat meat souce without meat even
guess what, his face started turning red then to orange then yellow, we were like OMG he gonna die out there
we thought that if he didn't know he would eat just fine, but seems not!
i wonder how people live without eating meat or chicken or not even fish their entire life!!Bashar Al-Abdulhadi - KuwaitNET Internet Services Serving customers since 1997

I love eggs - either scrambled, over easy, as in an omlette. It's a universal ingredient that can be used a thousand different ways.

Vegans absolutely do not eat eggs or any other animal product; they won't even use leather or wool. Rather , IMO, but whatever floats their boats.Bashar Al-Abdulhadi - KuwaitNET Internet Services Serving customers since 1997

In China quail eggs are very popular, and I know some people that do eat emu and ostrich eggs, because they have them, and they taste good, according to them.
I also know people that raise goats and don't buy milk anymore, they just have goats milk, and use it in place of storebought milk in EVERYTHING.

One of the topics I teach is Culinary/Dietary Myths.
The relationship between eggs and cholesterol level is one of them.
Many years ago scientists looked at eggs and discovered that they contain a very high amount of dietary cholesterol.
What they didn't take into account is the fact that the body doesn't readily absorb dietary cholesterol.
Recent studies have shown that there is no major correlation between eating eggs and higher cholesterol levels.
