Our site itís a free hosting site: www.wagoo.com and right now we have around 3500 users from china.
Without reason or communication China Telecom banned our hosting IP: 184.108.40.206. And looks like 99% of Chinese users come from there.
Of course that ban should be because they found some kind of abusive site in our network. We have a very straight position about abuse: when we have a report to our abuse email, we just delete the account.
Sometimes we got reports from adultís site, that we remove, and we do proactive search of them and take them off line. But since they register every day, and itís very hard to see them all, itís possible that we have one or another adult site in our network that we donít know yet.
We already changed our IP 3 times, and that solution only work for some days, but once China see the change or they get another abuse report, they just ban us.
We tried send them many emails, to all the publics emails available on their site and public in and DNS search, but there is no way to get an answer from them. We also asked from help to some friends, but they say that itís no point of asking them, because they wonít take care. Since many times many US sites do this from china without telling something. So I feel like itís some kind of payback.
I think that the Chinese people have their right to have a free hosting with us, and see their pages. And if we did something bad or host any kind of content that is not allowed there, they should communicate with us, since we can work out.
Do anybody here know a solution to handle this, or have any connections with them, or experience in handling a situation like this.
