    What does this mean?

    "1U + 1mbit/sec (Burstable to 100) - 30/Month"

Could someone please explain what it means by 1mbit/sec? is that the speed of the data link? Just I saw this in the offered forum, but it doesnt give me any idea of bandwidth limits.

1mbit is roughly 320GB/mo, but you are allowed to burst to 100Mbit.

If it is a 1mbit capped, the fastest speed you could get perhaps is somewhere around 100kb/s.
