We have not been able to renew our service for days with Wyith/Domain Avenue as they had a problem with their payment gateway. And although we were communicating with them regarding a renewal, they abruptedly shut down our website/email service around 24 hours ago, which needless to say, is affecting our business. These guys are not replying to emails (and it's been over 6 hours since we have been sending them emails). Any idea how to catch them on the phone ... anyone have a number?

thanks. well, the phone call just directs you to emails ... and if u go through the 'reseller' channel, you need to input certain numbers. i think they are trying their best to minimize customer service ...
