Minimum grace period
What is the minimum grace period after the domain expiry according to ICANN's policy?My registrar took over the domain just after 5 days from its expiry, is this legal?

This mean that it is possible for the domain to be available as soon as it expired?Is this legal?I thought ICANN had set a policy for domain grace period

i iad a domain in the old days with stargate.com it went into RGP in the same day of expiration.
and i lost it cause of that
