I have two servers and I set two NameServers as:
ns1.domain.com - IP of first server
ns2.domain.com - IP of second server
I understand that if domain is on first server it will be load from first server, and when on second server, from second server. I wait for more than 36h. for reset nameservers on my domain provider and nothing is working as I want. One domain, which I added load well, but another not.
Should I set that nameservers into my servers?
I use DirectAdmin Control Panel and there in Nameservers I set them.
I don't have any idea how to do it what I want. Could you help me?
I forgot, when I ping domain on first server sometimes it works good, but sometimes I have an error that domain is unknown host. Thanks.
While trying to decode his sentence structure, I'm assuming that he is trying to slave a nameserver.
The easiest way to do it is how you have done, but then you need to be sure to set the master server to allow transfer from the slave, and be sure to tell the slave to pull the zone from the master. The zone would also need to have the nameserver listed that it wishes to talk to. For more assistance, check out webmin if you do not understand DNS that well, or possibly a secondary name service.

at your registrar ->
set ns1.domain.com in SOA record
domain.com NS ns1.domain.com
domain.com NS ns2.domain.com
ns1.domain.com A IP1
ns2.domain.com A IP2
domain.com A IP1
host1.domain.com A IP1
host2.domain.com A IP2
domain.com MX 10 mail.domain.com
mail.domain.com IP1 or IP2
run your mail server ( sendmail or postfix or whatever on the corresponding box )
same records on the DNS server running on host 2.
records are always pulled from server1, unless unavailable, where they are pulled from server2
DNS entries should be the same at all times for each zone shared.
(if done manually, dont forget to increase the serial number by at least 1 )
