What's stopping them from collecting your info and passing it back to their evil masters?

I use the google auto fill thingy in their toolbar but not the credit card part. I prefer to fill that in manually when I buy something.

I never thought about it ... I use Firefox to remember my passwords but wouldn't trust a third party app.

I've been using RoboForm for 3+ years and can vouch for it. It's a great app. and in my opinion it works perfect and is such a time saver for passwords.

It's one of those plugins that you cannot live without kinda like the google toolbar.

As far as security, I haven't had any problems but it's probably not wise to have it save passwords on your drive but again I've used it and haven't had any problems. *knock on wood*

What you can do and now that I'm thinking about it is have it save the master file on a usb drive and unplug it when not in use.

I'm not too sure about the type of encryption roboform uses; just never got into it.

Anyways, try the free version and see if you like it. Free has limitations for # of passwords it will save.

Um, I don't use a form filler, but I use Microsoft Fingerprint Reader for logging into sites.. I couldn't live without it at this point.
