    Angry namecheap support

Anyone know a way to get things resolved at namecheap? Bought a couple hundred dollars of domains over there, and had my account locked due to 'suspected fraud' and ten days later still waiting for some sort of reply from support so I can manage my domains.

Is this the norm for namecheap?

    Yes, this is bad.

I sent a pm to enetwork over the week-end but no reply as of yet.

    Scott,

I have no PM's from you. Can you plaease re-try to send?

BTW suspected fraud is usually handled during normal business hours by our fraud prevention department. If you have not received a response or a phone call then that means there are issues preventing your email from reacihng us.

Once I receive your pm I will investigate this for you asap.

Scott, your pm has been received. Someone from our office should be calling you soon.

BTW please excuse my spelling in that last post. I was a little tired when I wrote that.
