As the owner of a popular shoutcast station, I broadcast at 128kbps and 24kbps.
I really need an affordable host who is willing to provide me with a bucket number of listener slots @128kbps and 24kbps at a set price monthly.
I'm not rich by any means , so if there is any host out there who can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am willing to pay today/tomorrow/setup-today/tomorrow.

You might be better off looking in the dedicated & colo offers for a dedicated server, as it might be cheaper than buying slots from a shoutcast host. Best of luck.
