Its $25 for 20% of the server, which works out at £13/14 a month. I've worked 20% out at 16gb storage and 400gb bandwidth, which to me is great as I'm paying the same amount for 8gb storage and 120gb bandwidth on a reseller account.
I just wondering what everyone opinion is of doing this?
I honestly dont know about that. Its pretty much the same as a shared server just you choose how much you share the server with someone. You might as well go with Virtual Dedicated / Private Server or go with full blown server.
A more funny (yet interesting) option: discuss with another hoster and make a change: "I keep 5 of your customers, you keep 5 of mine."
Good when involved servers are far away, and you can make a load balancing with this switch.
It's more like around 14GB because 80GB is only about 74GB.

Well... from what i see, the only difference with shared hosting is that you know exactly the number of web sites that are on your dedicated server... Instead, why not buy a dedicated server for yourself ? I mean, the prices aren't this high and you will get 100% of the server, which you will be sure how it's used.
Or go with a VPS or, if you want cheaper, go with a real shared web hosting...
