Honest Business
Hostingonnet.com and domainsite.com are honest companys 
Canceled my hosting account at hostingonnet.com and a domain transfer at domainsite.com and both refunded my money fast and even without requesting for the refund.

I canceled my hosting account because frontpage forms wouldn't run correctly! They tryed but were unable to resolve it so I canceled the account and they refunded my money.

In Fantastico there is a program called phpFormGenerator. Next time, use that to create forms, it is much much better than FrontPage and can do most of the "tricks".
