    Lightbulb {{Wanted}} On call technical phone support for webhosting company 10pm-7am PS

    Hello,

    I am looking for someone that can be a backup support rep for our new hosting company that can answer our phones between 10pm to 6 am Pacific Standard Time.

    Currently we average 1-3 after hour calls per week, but we expect that number to rise. We have our own toll free # and we can set it up to forward to any number in the US that we like.


    Requirments::

    - Must be able to answer the phone within 30 seconds at any time of the day between 10pm and 6am PST

    - Will provide level 1 and level 2 support to customers. Issues such as lost password, how to setup email will account for 95% of the questions.

    - Will direct all server admin, level 3, or sales questions to our online helpdesk.

    - Open support tickets on behalf of the customer if they are unable to reach our support desk

    - MUST be located in the USA and MUST speak english as a primary language!

    - Working knowledge of cPanel, dedicated servers, DNS, and other general server knowledge.



    This is an on call position meaning that you may not receive a single phone call in 5 days, or you might receive 5 calls all in one night and zero for the next 10 days. We expect less than 5 calls per week. We can setup our tech support number to forward the call up to 5 different phone numbers such as house, cell....etc.
