Have you tried searching the forum yet? I'm sure you'll find VPS providers who offer managed Windows based VPS's.
As for the RAM, whatever the case is, make sure not to go below 256 MB. It mainly depends on the purpose of your VPS, traffic to the sites, etc. For instance, databases usually tend to consume a good amount of RAM.
If you could tell us more about the purpose of your VPS, I could give you more advice on the configuration for the best performance.

i have a VPS with servint, but many clients want asp support.

can u tell me whic panel Plesk or HELM is better in hosting business.
Both are good, HELM has more features but is a little more advanced, if you have users that are used to Plesk, than Plesk is probably better. If they're used to cPanel/DA, HELM is more appropriate, as the interfaces are very diffferent.
