Is it reasonable to wait for more than 72 hours to have an answer from the registerfly support ticket with a billing issue?
Is it reasonable to wait for more than 48 hours for an answer when you send an email to [email protected] directly.
Is it reasonable when you call them by phone you get no help and they just say open a ticket and wait.
I just want to know before I say anything about some billing issues that I am having with registerfly. -- a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE --
