    registerfly and support ticket ...

    Hi all,

    Need your help, please.

    Is it reasonable to wait for more than 72 hours to have an answer from the registerfly support ticket with a billing issue?
    Is it reasonable to wait for more than 48 hours for an answer when you send an email to support@registerfly.com directly.
    Is it reasonable when you call them by phone you get no help and they just say open a ticket and wait.

    I just want to know before I say anything about some billing issues that I am having with registerfly. -- a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE --

    try to PM user Regfly here might help you faster or something

    but how come calling them says open a ticket?
