    Best threads?

Today I stumbled across a thread on another site I frequent, in which some guy replies saying that he doesn't really understand what's being discussed because he's drunk. This got me thinking back to all the hilarious (sometimes not really by design) threads / posts here.

So I was wondering... What's your favorite thread (or post: sometimes, in the midst of a boring thread, someone manages to make the whole thing worthwhile) of all time on this site?

    This one by far.

Honestly, I don't really have any "favorite" threads.
Threads are good for a day or two, and then new ones come up.

Most threads aren't that memorable. It's great to help someone configure Apache, but it's hardly a "favorite" thread. But every now and then there's some thread that's just priceless.

As an example of a favorite:

I found myself thinking, "If this guy's spending that much on hosting, shouldn't he know a little more about what he's doing?" Some of the replies had me short of breath from laughing so hard.

I would agree - I espescially liked Karl's response about 'a person with a clue'.

    Ribs are somewhat sore now!
Time for bed, thanks for the laugh.

It has to be done still ranks right up there for me.

It has a little bit of everything.

Lots can be learned from it.
There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

That is LONG but very funny. I went to tacid host and clicked on contact just to see... I got a 404 LOL.

Whats even more funny - a google search on tacidhost shows multiple negative threads about him closing and such just on the front page alone... haha.
