Ok, I don't know if anyone has ever seen this before, but I've recently acquired webhosting services through Yahoo and registered the Domain Name through IX Webhosting so that I can create a website for my family.
Well right now I've established a simple "under construction" page, but I've found a problem with the domain or website, which, I'm not sure. My problem is the fact that some people are able to pull the website up like normal while others simply get "Page Cannot Be Displayed."
So I called Yahoo and they said it's not a problem on their end since they're able to pull up the website as well. They told me that it may have something to do with the cache in the user's browser or a firewall or pop-up blockers. But I've had a number of people try and none of these seem to be the reason.
Excuse for sounding a lot like a noob but I'm concerned if everyone can't view my webpage, especially my own family members. If anyone can tell me why this might be happening and if there is any way I can help it, please let me know.

I called them twice last night and the only troubleshooting they did for me was to see if the browser's cache and cookies were interferring and if any firewalls or pop-up blockers may be interferring as well.
They attempted to pull the site up on several computers and I guess succeeded on all of them. So they say that it's not a problem on their end since they were able to pull the website up.
But now I think I'll call them in the morning about these issues, now that I have the DNS report.
