Always best to include USD plus your own Currency.
As our Company is physically located in Canada, we offer both CAD & USD pricing and find that Canadians, Britians, and Australians, like to pay in CAD while Americans and people from most other Countries like to pay USD.

I would suggest them paying in the currency you use, euros.
That way, you get paid the same rate no matter how the currency market fluctuates. Unless you were planning on adjusting your pricing to match the fluctuations in the currency market... which would seem a pita.
While you woulnd't benefit from the value of the euro going up, you wouldnt loose money by it going down.
My Vote: THE POUND....oh that's not on there. I'd use the euro as it's easiest for you. Most of my clients are Dutch or from the UK and the dutch ones have no problem paying in my currency. The UK clients funnily enough don't either

It's just a matter of volume. Calculate your traffic and you should have an answer right before your eyes.
USA and Canada clearly will pay in USD. Germany most likely will pay in euros, no matter what.
As suggested, if you live in Germany, have a separate site for german clients.
Romania is not that much of an issue, as they will pay with CC mostly (PayPal is not available as a payment method) and untill Romania will join the EU (2008) it will be just fine following the above scenario.
