Just curious -- why not install Oracle yourself? Signup for free on OTN (otn.oracle.com) and you can download Oracle Desktop, Standard, of Enterprise for Linux, Windows, Solaris, etc. Of course you do need a license to be legal, but you can demo it freely and there are no constraints I believe on the downloadable version.

Do a search for "Oracle Database Hosting" on Google and you'll come up with several hits. It does not look cheap however.

For 20 Users be ready to pay about $250 per month.
If you looking for oracle 10g on RAM drive It can be up to $1000 per month.
But I know a company who offers cluster of oracle of 4 Dual Xeon's 2.4 Ghz HT and each has 4 GB Ram and 5x73 Gb SCSI Raid 5 for $5000 per month. But I'm not sure for how many users licence is there.

I don't really think you'll find an Oracle data base hosting provider that cheap. Oracle licenses are quite expensive.
I just say a price, I thought a price fastly, I asked about of this service, without say price, because it did not matter to me
but I am looking for something less of $100 US/Month

If this is not non-production use, you can run it freely
