    we are working with helpspeed since the days when they had the old nam "uternet" i can tell nothing but good words about helpspeed. good and fast support and also great development team. not once we used them for development jobs.

    $10 Administration ticket is for full problem resolution, from ticket response to loggin in to server, fixing problem, correspondence with client, and pursuing the ticket until it is 100% solved.

    What is an Admin ticket and what is a Customer ticket?
    - Its Admin ticket if it involves server-wide services such as apache failures, mysql overloading, exim spam issues/blocking, etc
    - Its a Customer ticket if it involves single-user or single-reseller issues such as mysql user passwords, fixing DNS issues, website not loading, email not working, ftp passwords, etc.

    No, prices are per ticket. You can even spend your 100 tickets over a year.
