    need help with SSH

i am thinking about setting up SSH on my server for remote access.

i have no experience with SSH and would like some input from more experienced members here.

i need some information about how to install SSH, where to get it, what to get, what port, etc.

my server runs windows xp pro sp2, apache 2, mysql 4, php4, and perl.

although i believe theres a working ssh port for windows, you'd be better going the remote desktop route for windows.. a lot easier to manage. something like realvnc or similar

okay, i tried realvnc...that program is awesome, it does way more than SSH and is much more powerful and usefriendly. havent noticed any drawbacks with it yet. if anybody knows any flaws with realvnc, let me know.
