Need banner designers

We have a need for a web designer that can make animated gif banners for our advertisers. We need:

a) a good portfolio that you can show us
b) fast banner turnaround.

Please reply via PM with your portfolio, turnaround for 20 banners (all for the same advertiser), and price. Good work will lead to ongoing banner design work. Thanks!
