nop, i have more than 2500 tickets...when i see the program more slower, is when you have more than 500 tickets with status open....
I have a client who is using esupport, has more than 7000 tickets...and 750 average tickets open...it works fast...i suggest him to close the tickets...or delete the tickets have no related with his business...

I don't think it will slow down at all unless most of those tickets are open. However, if you are trying to view all the closed tickets it may take long for it to come up. It's best you kepe a record of everything, though.
