How to setup FTP?
I have a un-managed VSP. It is running FreeBSD 4.11.
I have apache and php set up.
How would I setup FTP access on it?
Thanks in advance
edit inetd.conf and unhash ftp, then killall -HUP inetd and do a man ftpd to check if it is configured how you want it.

Ok, I went through all the directories.
I have not found the inetd.conf...
any idea where I could download it?
or where would it be normally?
I just snatched this link from a google search. I talks about how to install and setup ProFTPd from ports.
I have tried googling it. Never came accross that page.
Only problem is where do I get proftpd? I went to those directory. Didn't work because the folders didn't exist.
In that case you must not have the ports tree installed.... which is ok, you can learn how to do that at a later date.
You can use the packages system (pkg_add) to add proftpd.
