    Post Law making in Australia

In your opinion, should the elected parliament be the sole law-makers?

Why should the elected parliament be the sole law-makers?

Should other bodies such as the executive (government) and the judicial body (the courts) make laws?

If yes, why should these body make laws?

Are they following the theory of separation of powers popularised by Montesquieu, 1948?
