I've had a couple of questions about the value network and failover.
We do indeed offer failover on our value network. If Cogent fails we will inturn reroute over our Premium network.

Remote hands are your own employees that are onsite 24/7, or outsourced to equinix or another company in the building?

We have an office across the street from Equinix. Nothing is outsourced.

We've been using PTP for a *very* long time - nothing but good things to say about them. I don't think we've ever had an outage...and the customer service and response times are nothing short of amazing.

I'm going to give these guys a try. Probably start with 10 Mbps on the value network and see how it works. Very good pricing.
I'm curious how much extra capacity you have to cogent right now. How many GigE feeds do you have to them right now?

We have 1 gig-e to them. We have not offered the value product before and literally have zero traffic on that pipe. We do not oversell and if/when we get up to 500mbit/s to Cogent we already have an agreement to upgrade to an OC48.

Can you do mini-towers, or are you set up for rack-mount only?

I've been working with Pull the Plug technologies for over a year and I have had nothing but the best support as well. Brian seems compelled to provide top-tier services and I know he doesn't oversale his resources. We have three servers colocated within his facility and I have 0% network outage across our boxes for the year.
He is very educated, has an enormous background with network engineering and such.
I guess this would be a great time to say Thanks! If anyone wants to question his services, I'm more than willing to prove his offer.

I guess one issue most are concerened with is the fact that the company is new to the public... but his services are not new to any of us! I would personally guarentee his services, if you could depend on any provider for redundant, excessively prompt service and superior quality...
ptp > all!
